Cannot select AVI Settings

Hope anyone can help. When using My Screen Recorder Pro and attempting to change AVI Settings under settings, the program crashes. Has anyone encountered this problem and is it a known problem with a solution? Thanks

I would suggest that you upgrade your Windows DirectX to DirectX 9.0c. https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en If you already have the latest DirectX, I highly recommend you reinstall. After upgrading, reboot your PC.
