The surveillance software I am currently using is not uploading image files after a network failure occurs and re-connection is established. I am looking for a better option like WebCam Monitor. Does WebCam Monitor support resuming file uploads after a network problem?

WebCam Monitor will automatically try to upload failed files after a network connection gets restored. If a network failure occurs, then upload will stop and all files will be marked as failed. As soon as the network connection is established, the file transfer will start automatically. All the files will be transferred to the FTP account after the connection is re-established.
