If you have a multi-sheet scanner that you can easily scan multiple pages into a single PDF. A single sheet scanner will also work but you will have to manually insert pages to scan.

Paper Scanner Pro uses OCR technology to scan documents into digital files. If a document has text on it then, Paper Scanner Pro will create a searchable PDF. You will then be able to search for any information in the newly created PDF.
How do I add or remove pages from a PDF file?

To modify your PDF, click on ‘Reorganize PDF’ on the toolbar. Select an option to ‘Add, remove and reorder pages in your PDF file’. Then all the pages form your selected PDF will be displayed.

Now you can easily modify your existing PDF to insert, delete, and rearrange pages. To remove the unnecessary page, select the page and click Delete button from the bottom panel. To add a new page in the existing PDF, click on the ‘Plus’ button. Once the PDF is modified, click on the ‘Save’ button to create a new PDF with the updated changes.
How to create a password protected PDF?

When you save a PDF, select the option to ‘Secure PDF’ and click ‘Configure’. Now, enter a password required to open your PDF. Protecting your PDF will prevent it from unauthorized access. You can also control the access to printing, editing and content copying.
