Formatting Text with Speech

Dictation Pro allows you to format the text in your document.  You can insert spaces between words or phrases with the tab and spacebar functionality.  Usually voice command Tab is used for text alignment and layout.  Use the voice command Space which inserts a blank character in the text.

Note - Please press and hold control key before you use Formatting text command.  Otherwise application will recognize it as a text and not as a command.

To insert a line break and a paragraph at any point in your document, use the voice commands New Line and New Paragraph.
